- Jaylen Warren is a stash in redraft leagues. PIT plays @CIN in Week 1. Najee Harris “minor” lisfranc? WHAT?
- Jameis Winston is a stash in 1qb leagues. NO plays @ATL in Week 1. I’m convinced no QB outside the typical top 12 has as much upside as Winston. Could be QB20, could be QB5.
- Rex Burkhead is a stash in redraft leagues. HOU plays IND in Week 1. Stand-alone value as receiving back (yes he was used that way last year) for a team that may be losing a lot, as well as a veteran backup to rookie Dameon Pierce.
- Demetric Felton is a stash in deep leagues. CLE plays @CAR in Week 1. Practically the team’s slot receiver until David Bell is up to speed. The upside? He’s still listed as a RB. Credit to Cody Carpentier for reminding me about Felton
- AJ Green is a stash in redraft leagues. ARI plays KC in Week 1. Hopkins is suspended 6 weeks and while I like Marquise Brown a lot, AJ Green is still likely the next best receiver with Christian Kirk also gone, Ertz doubtful for Week 1 and Moore now questionable too. Legitimate deep flex.
- Bryan Edwards is a stash in deep leagues. ATL plays NO in Week 1. Drake London is still limited with the preseason knee injury and the rest of the WR depth chart is the opposite of deep. Edwards is going to have all the opportunity he can demand. An easy case of add and release if he can’t produce by Week 2.
- KJ Hamler is a stash in deep leagues. DEN plays @SEA in Week 1. WR3 for the Broncos with just enough upside combined with Russell Wilson to be interesting.
- Jeff Wilson is a stash in redraft leagues. SF plays @CHI in Week 1. Sermon was dropped and Jeff Wilson is the RB2 in San Francisco. Again. Mitchell seems to get dinged up easily and Wilson will be there to fill in.
- Logan Thomas is a stash in redraft leagues. WAS plays JAC in Week 1. Of all the TEs not drafted in the top 12, I think Thomas has the best chance of finishing the year with a top 12 PPG. Back from injury sooner than feared, he’s a perfect stash at TE, especially if he’s OUT. Grab him, stash him on IR, and then get your kicker or DST for the week.
- Romeo Doubs is a stash in redraft leagues. GB plays @MIN in Week 1. Just making sure he’s owned, the hype has gone mainstream. With Lazard doubtful for Week 1 he has a legitimate shot to produce.
- Isiah Pacheco is a stash in redraft leagues. KC plays @ARI in Week 1. Preseason hype has made Pacheco well known, but he’s still out there on some home leagues. Should be stashed.
- Zamir White is a stash in deep leagues. LVR plays @LAC in Week 1. While I do think Josh Jacobs is a capable back, it doesn’t look like the Raiders have long term plans for him. If he is ever hurt or not playing well, they may want to see what White can do.
- Boston Scott is a stash in dynasty leagues. PHI plays @DET in Week 1. While Kenneth Gainwell is the popular Philly backup, Scott is the better early down back and has shown to own that role in the past when Sanders was out. Gainwell has ceiling, for sure, but Scott is no slouch either. A prospect darling in his own day, Scott is flex worthy when Sanders is out.
- Tyler Conklin is a stream in deep leagues. NYJ plays @CLE in Week 2. Conklin taking that starting job and Flacco likes his TEs. Can even be emergency stream if your TE is out. Add before people see his strong W1
- Panthers DST is a stream in all leagues. CAR plays @NYG in Week 2. Great Week 1 vs Browns too.
- Jameis Winston is a stash in 1qb leagues. NO plays TB in Week 2. You can also stream him vs TB at home which seems to be a tough game for the Bucs
- Matt Ryan is a stream in deep leagues. IND plays @JAC in Week 2. If for some reason you need a QB in Week 2 already, feel free to go with Matt Ryan. I reserve the right to delete this if he looks washed Week 1.
- Parris Campbell is a stream in deep leagues. IND plays @JAC in Week 2. Campbell has the potential to be a top 30 WR, he’s just the right kind of receiver with Ryan. If we can start comparing Ryan’s number with Julio for Pittman, I think we can consider Calvin Ridley’s numbers for Parris.
- Raheem Mostert is a stream in redraft leagues. MIA plays @BAL in Week 2. Edmonds may be beat up, Mostert is Coach McDaniel’s guy. Might be used more early on than expected.
