If your 2022 RB1 stops being your 2022 RB1 because of an injury that will be fully healed before 2022 then maybe he shouldn't have been your 2022 RB1.

Yes, Montgomery has another year in his rookie deal.
But if you wait till this time next year everyone else will have figured that out already.
